Meet The Baker

Our owner and head baker, Dalia Hemed, brings a lifetime of passion and experience to every creation. She learned to cook as a child alongside her family and has since built a distinguished culinary career, catering events both large and intimate and sharing her recipes through newspapers and other publications. A true perfectionist, Dalia settles for nothing less than excellence. Her unmatched attention to detail and love for her craft are evident in every item that leaves our bakery.

Dalia believes that good food has the power to bring families and communities together—and that belief is baked into every bite of our bread.

Using recipes passed down through generations and inspired by the great bakeries of Europe, our mission is simple: to bring the highest-quality bread to Florida. Rooted in a deep respect for traditional cuisine, we believe bread is foundational to every culture’s table—and that getting it right is not optional.
